We are committed to protecting our User’s privacy through compliance with this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our Policies and practices, do not use our Platform or purchase our Products.
Application of this Policy
This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us when you visit, register, use, or access our Platform or Products, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This Policy applies to our website, https://linqapp.com (“Website”), and our Platform. When you access our Platform, use our Products, or visit our Website, you become a User and agree to this Policy. This Policy does not apply to any third-party applications or software that integrate with the Platform or any other third-party products, services, or businesses.
If you use the Website, Platform, Products as part of an entity or organization that has a corporate account with Linq, like your employer (“Client”), that Client may have entered into a separate agreement with Linq (“Client Agreement”), which may contain more restrictive terms than what is described in this Policy.
